Oswego River

The Oswego River is a tributary of Lake Ontario located in Central New York, stretching for approximately 24 miles through parts of Onondaga, and Oswego counties, where it empties out into Lake Ontario in the City of Oswego.

This river is known for its scenic views and many recreational opportunities, such as fishing for brown and rainbow trout, salmon and smallmouth bass. It is also home to several species of musky and walleye. The Oswego River is truly a great destination for anglers, boaters, swimmers and more!
